Law specialized researchers find it difficult to access the required information from the legal and legislation books available in the Cultural Legal Center of the Fatwa and Legislation Department (Council of Ministers of the State of Kuwait), for several reasons, including time and place, as the Center has limited hours and working days, and that the reader needs to come to the center to get this information.

" Legal Advice Digital Library " provides instant access to the digitized information, where registered users from all over the world will be able to access Cultural Legal Center information. Noting that it will be available on the Internet over the 24/7.

This project is also provides the possibility to use the same book at the same time by a number of users, and the user can search in the desired content through different terms (word, phrase, author, title, name of the book, subject) in addition to the full-text search.
The purpose of this application is to allow law specialists and researchers to access the books and references and selected legal literatures by browsing and viewing the contents and pages easily and quickly and clearly with the latest technology from anywhere and at any time through the Internet.
